Databases and clients

Databases and clients is a legitimate first-party data practice: collection via forms and CRM, structured catalogs and reference datasets, plus validation and cleanup of your own lists. VivaCoding does not sell spam contact dumps or scrape private contacts without a lawful basis — only projects aligned with privacy rules (including Russia’s 152-FZ where applicable).

databases and clients

Key takeaways

  • Collection: forms, CRM, analytics, and enrichment of your own leads with consent.
  • Ready databases: catalogs, directories, and structured DBs — not buying third-party personal data.
  • Cleanup: email/phone validation, dedupe, and normalization of your CRM list.

What this hub covers

Three related services share one rule: data belongs to the client or was obtained lawfully (consent, contract, open or licensed sources). We design pipelines, integrations, and data quality — not “cold bases” for unsolicited mass email.

Service areas

When it fits

  • Website leads get lost or duplicated in CRM.
  • You need a product or counterparty catalog in a structured database.
  • Email and calls fail because of bounce and dirty fields.

When it does not

We decline buying/selling personal data, scraping private contacts without a lawful basis, and campaigns without opt-in. For lawful storefront/price monitoring see website scraping; for permission-based email see email marketing.

How we work

  1. Lock goals, data sources, and legal bases.
  2. Design fields, consent capture, and storage (including localization requirements where needed).
  3. Build the pipeline: forms → CRM/DB → quality checks.
  4. Deliver on staging with a quality and incident report.
  5. Hand over a support playbook and metrics (completeness, duplicates, bounce).

FAQ

Do you sell ready-made contact lists?

No. “Ready databases” means catalogs, directories, database design, or work on data the client already has rights to. Selling third-party personal data is out of scope.

How do you handle privacy compliance?

We implement processing purposes, consent, processor agreements, and withdrawal flows in the stack. Legal review stays with the client’s counsel; we own the technical delivery.

Where should we start if the list is already dirty?

With validation and cleanup: fix contact quality before integrations and campaigns, or you will burn domain reputation first.
